Bharat J. Shah, M.D.
Dr. Shah has been in private practice since 1986 in the Akron, Ohio area. He is on the faculty at NEOMED (Northeast Ohio Medical University). He is also on the staff at Summa Hospitals and Akron General Medical Center.
He is board certified with American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology. He is licensed by the State of Ohio Medical Board.
Dr. Shah has been providing psychiatric care in the hospitals on psychiatric units, medical units, and geriatric units.
In the outpatient setting, he has been providing services for the past 28 years to help patients with various diagnoses and conditions.
Dr. Shah is a graduate of B.J. Medical College in Gujarat, India and received his residency training in psychiatry from Akron City Hospital, Akron General Medical Center, and Northeastern Ohio Universities College of Medicine.
